A & L Pump & Well Service was established in 1955 by Millard M. Smith Sr. as a family owned and operated business located in Highlands TX. It was later run by Millard M. Smith Jr. and Judith Smith until their sons Travis and Troy Smith took over the reins in 2016. It continues to be family owned and operated. Our staff includes President Travis Smith Vice President Troy Smith Office Manager Erin Smith (wife of Travis) and Apprentice Dusten Smith (Troys oldest son). A&L specializes in residential and commercial water well drilling aerobic septic system installation and repair.
